Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

For semi-custom items such as the neon sign kits, please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order and ship.  For in-stock items, your items should ship within 2-3 days.  For orders including both semi-custom and in-stock items, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship as a complete order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Most all shipping options will include insurance coverage for orders up to a specified amount.  To request additional insurance for orders above these amounts, please contact us prior to placing your order at: info@dvldesign.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note:  International shipping to locations outside of the USA may incur tariffs, duties, and or fees and are the responsibility of the customer to pay in the process of receiving your shipped items.
